Zodiac Sign Characteristics

Dualities: Astrological duality has to do with how much masculine and feminine energy each sign expresses. This is not related to the concepts of gender that exist today; it's simply used to describe how each sign expresses their energy. In the context of astrology, masculine energy, or yang, is assertive, structured, and action-oriented,while the feminine, or yin, is intuitive, receptive, and flowing.

Fire & Air Signs are masculine and Earth & Water are feminine.

Elements: Each sign is associated with one of the four main elements: Earth, air, fire, or water. This elemental association influences how the sign behaves. You may have heard someone say that they're a "water sign." They're referring to the element that's paired with their Sun sign.

Fire signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) are known to be passionate, creative, assertive, and rcactionary. They're the quickest sign to jump into action mode, sometimes before thinking things through.
